Attend No Sweat Strategy session

This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better as well as make recommendations regarding what training is ideal for you. 

Through the Functional Movement Screening during your Strategy Session we will assess Range of Motion, Stability and Assess for Previous Injury.

Goal Setting, Health History, Activity History and answering any questions regarding training services will all be covered during this appointment.
