Inside the 4 Weeks

Module 1: Foundations

You’ll get to know the group, learn how the course works, and begin building confidence with the basics. We’ll focus on breathing, posture, and simple body positioning that sets the stage for everything to come. You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and ready for more.

Module 2: Technique

Now that you’ve got the foundation, we’ll start applying it to simple, powerful movements. You’ll start to understand how to use your body more efficiently and begin to feel where your strength comes from. We’ll keep the pace comfortable and focused — nothing rushed or high-intensity.

Module 3: Application

This is where things start to click. You’ll begin linking movements together with more rhythm and confidence. You’ll get the hang of timing, feel more connected through your core, and learn how to move with control — even when things get a little more dynamic.

Module 4: Integration

In our final session, you’ll put everything you’ve learned into action. We’ll guide you through a short challenge designed to test your progress — not with speed or intensity, but with control and confidence. We’ll help you choose the version that feels best for your body, and we’ll be right there to coach and cheer you on. We’re excited to see how far you’ve come.

  • Each session builds on the last, so we encourage attending all four. If you have to miss one, you’ll still get valuable practice, and our team can help you catch up with key takeaways.

  • Not at all. This course is beginner-friendly. You’ll learn proper form, safe technique, and how to use kettlebells with confidence.
