Each session builds on the last, so we encourage attending all four. If you have to miss one, you’ll still get valuable practice, and our team can help you catch up with key takeaways.

Not at all. This course is beginner-friendly. You’ll learn proper form, safe technique, and how to use kettlebells with confidence.
